Introducing the first sweater pattern from Sun Sand Stitch just in time for the holidays! This pattern has been the hardest to create thus far. Lots of math involved in this one!
Now that we’re getting closer to the holidays sweater weather has begun! (and I’m in love!) I love a nice warm and cozy sweater. This pattern features a front and back v-neck opening that’s very flattering and feminine. Another bonus is that the body is made in one piece! I don’t know about you, but the less assembly the better. I dislike lots of sewing together.
Are you new to crocheting? You can totally do this project! It’s a great first sweater pattern! I’d also recommend checking out my post 5 Things Every Crochet Beginner Needs to Know. This post is everything I wish I knew when I started (but I had to find out the hard way!)
This pattern is based on women’s standard clothing sizes so it will fit true to what size you wear in clothes from the department store. The pattern is written for sizes XS-3XL and includes a sizing chart so you can determine your size easily.
For this pattern I used Lion Brand’s Pound of Love in the color Oxford Gray. I love using this yarn because of how soft it is. I prefer softer yarns for wearable items because who wants their skin to be scratchy all day? (Nobody!)
Now that you’ve read all about this pattern go check it out! You can get the pattern here on Ravelry! Thank you all for supporting my small business 🙂
Feel free to sell items made from this pattern, but I do ask that you reference me as the creator.
I’d love to see your finished products! Share them with me online on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Etsy and here on my blog.
Happy Stitching!
